| 3/11/2009 Skied from about MM 14.5 on the Mirror Lake Highway almost to MM 29, just before Bald Mt. Pass and then made a bee line for the summit. After doing this one, went over to Cardwell and then back to the highway at about MM 28. The whole think was about 32 miles RT and took 12 hours. It was a beautiful day, cold to start, about 5 degrees, but by 10:30 temps were quite pleasant. With a recent snowfall, the going was slow on the highway and I even had to break trail for awhile before the snowmobilers showed up. 8/17/2002 Did Murdock and Cardwell after doing Scout Peak, Lofty Peak, and 10975. | |

| I hiked to the top if this area in 25 minutes from the pass, admired the views and then continued on to the Wasatch County highpoint, Mt. Cardwell to the south. I recommend including the Cardwell route, the view of the south side of Murdock are impressive. | |
