| I had a helluva weekend in 2005. We started at West Glacier on a Friday morning around 5:30 am. Hit the Loop trail up to Granite Park Trails cabin where my hiking partner had to be to work that morning. I met up with some folks and we set off to summit Gould. That evening I joined them for dinner and the next morning set off for a solo traverse of the Ptarmigan Wall Goat Trail (see Summit Post). I arrived in Swiftcurrent just before dark to join friends for car camping complete with wine and gourmet food. |
