| I was in the area scouting the lesser summits in the badlands, and took a few minute and run up and down; the views south towards Francs Peaks were especially nice. | |

| My Dad and I drove the road to near the summit and did the quick scramble up the ridge to the summit. Views were clear everywhere except the west towards Cedar Mtn and Rattlesnake Ridge. Wind was sustained at about 35-40 mph, but not too cold. | |

| My wife and I did the short hike up to the top from the road with our daughter, who was about two weeks away from her second birthday. She was very interested in the radio towers, but not so much in the summit... :) | |
