| Nothing better to do the day after Christmas, so I grabbed Jack and headed up to do this short hike to burn off some of yesterdays dinner. Nice views except to the west due to the Indian Peaks being shrouded in clouds. | |

| steve and i braced the horrible rain and wind storm for ~30 minutes to hike sugarloaf from the high parking lot. a great lookout tower from what we could see(barely). drenched upon returning to the car, we passed on the 9er bald until another time. jamie | |

| Biked to the top from Boulder. 26 miles roundtrip, 3500 ft of gain. Beautiful views form the top. Fun biking down Sugarloaf Road. | |
