Great place for some laid back sport climbing. TRed some of the harder routes and wanted to lead some of the 10a trad routes, but I just couldn't bring myself to trust the gear placements in thin sandstone. It's hard to be confident on thin sandstone placements when you've learned on solid granite. Weak of me, I know.

Got skunked on Eagle Dance by snow and ice, backed off into Calico after long hike. Man is this wall popular! 20,000 young Canadians up there on the 5.7-8's, no doubt all fit in the same van on the way down. Counted 5 brand new ropes! Regular MEC store going on. Panty Raid is alright, was not impressed with the pro. Have to edge your nuts out front on lips of varnish that I don't trust 100%. Not all warm and fuzzy. The moves were fun though. Nothing else up there in my range worth doing.
