| I'm told this peak doesn't look much from neighboring peaks. I was blown away by the views on the north ridge just a short distance from the summit. The Monte Cristo group is in your face. Thanks Redwic for putting this trip together and posting the page. | |

| Looking at the mountain from a distance, one might think it has little to offer. Quite the contrary, I found out. Gorgeous forests, including some large old-growth trees. Fantastic views from the eastern slopes and especially from several areas along the upper ridgeline. Highly recommended!!! | |
