Voted 10/10 | Wow. What more can I say? I was interested to read that you say it's warmer in the post-monsoon. That is generally not the case in Nepal. Is this because of climbing the Tibetan side of the Himalaya? The Tichy Cho Oyo book has become quite expensive in recent years, possibly due to the large number of people interested in the peak, and presumably a small printing run. Really great page. Thanks for posting.

Voted 10/10 | Thanks. The info that it's warmer post-monsoon is supplied by Joseph, the former maintainer. I disagree 100% with that statement and should really change it. I just had to leave some sections as they were, because I have no time now. No photos of my own, no route info, the mentioned section etc. I'll take care of it when I can.

| Capricorn | Tibet is still Tibet, no matter what the Chinese say. | |
Hasn't voted | I would appreciate if you corrected to 'Tibet', wherever applicable. Even though one can not get around Chinese formalities, as I understand. The death of a nation is to no longer have its own name.

Voted 10/10 | Tibet is a province in China, according to the Chinese as well as the rest of the world's nations. Tibet isn't aknowledged by anyone as a sovereign state This site is about information, not about proving a political point of view. I will not change anything about this one the page.

Voted 10/10 | I have discussed the issue hundreds of times with Tibetans. Some are pro some are against the Chinese presence. It's really funny that so many people in "The West" think ALL Tibetans hate the Chinese.
