I traveled also with Stephan. He comes also from Germany. I made a Link to his homepage of belltours on the page of Pico Bolivar. My guide was Aurelio. He was also nice.

This page looks like it is not being maintained. It appears to be about 5 years since any revisions were done. More troubling is that the cable car towards the peak is no longer in service and yet the page still indicates otherwise. Because taking a foot route involves several extra days of travel, this is a crucial bit of info which really need to be fixed. Once this happens, I'll revise my vote for the page upwards.
