Hi Morgan,

nice page! But could you maybe add a general overview on the routes (difficulty/length/reputation) and some links to infos about the area, accomodation/camping, weather, train/bus?

Regards, Rahel

2. Feb.: I just looked after your page. Unfortunately, you have not finished the update totally. I was so much looking forward to seeing it ;o).I changed my vote from 4 to 3 stars .... Please contact me if you have finished all updates. Then I will give you the 4 stars again ... ;o)

3. Febr.: Still some links missing ... ;o(...

3. Febr.: Yes, Morgan, I was just looking for such a link like the Bridgeport-area lodging link.Perfect! ;o))

Rahel, I added considerably to the "getting there" section. Regarding a routes overview, I added a paragraph in the overview. You have to understand, this is one of those peaks that just seems to get ignored. 10 miles from the nearest road, which in turn is 10 miles from a town of any size.

I added Bridgeport-area lodging link. The transportation information was already exhaustive. The forest service office which administers this area does not update its page frequently. The best way to get up-to-date information is to call the phone number which was already listed.

Obi Juan,

Any ideas on how I can improve it to a "4 star" page?

Thanks in advance,

Morgan

Thanks a lot, pilz8. It's a fun one if you get the chance. Easy and fast, with great views all around. The seasoned peakbagger might scoff at it a bit, but I highly recommend staying in the area for a few days and climbing all the peaks you can. It's really one of the most marvelous and forgotten corners of Yosemite!

Cheers,

Morgan

By the way, do you know that new beautiful photos of Fuji-san in Japan added. I recommend you to visit these photos. Kenzo
