This page on Monviso could be better! But unfurtunately it isn't. Monviso is much more important than it is presented here.

You would have to put in adoption the page, anyone could really improve it.

A friendly suggestion.

Cheers

Hi, This is a really great page with good historical details that add a human dimension to a lot of rock. Very enjoyable pictures and it does contribute to French scenery. Did Hannibal come by here with his elephants?

Monviso is entirely on Italian territory - even if very close to the Italy-France border - and hardly visible from any French locality.

On the other hand, it's an important part of the panorama from the italian Padana Plain and exp. Turin. And it remains quite distinct as far as 100 km away.

Bravo, bien fait!

C'est une montagne merveilleuse et ta page est jolie.

J'aimerais grimper la route de la parois Nord, le couloir Coolidge!

A very nice page with good information and a collection of really inspiring pictures. It would make me want to go there - hadn't I actually been there already nearly 30 years ago, when it was my greatest (also my highest, but I mean greatest) mountain for a long, long time, with an excellent vista on an excellent day.
But I really want to come back one day.

Thank you.
