A while ago i told him about Skiddaw when he was still the maintainer of Scafell Pike. didn't came up straight away that you had taken over ownership, and were doing "Cumbria" nowadays. And i DO EXPECT a page about Blencathra soon!!!!! Her Sharp Edge has more serious accidents than any other hill / ridge south of the borders. Keswick MR has their hands full with it! No worries, it will sit nicely alongside my adopting Skiddaw and the Coledale, Newlands and Bassenthwaite West Groups I've just done. Obviously they all centre on Keswick so most of the general info about accommodation, geology, local history is the same so mostly I have to sort out route info. Now Clint, do I know you? Were you around Chamonix up at the Albert Prem Hut last July? Brian | |
