Hasn't voted | Hi Marco, I adopted the Vajolet Towers page today. One section is still missing (Climbing descriptions for the three southern Towers) but maybe it's already good enough to change your vote !?!? Any additional info is welcome :-)) Cheers Gangolf

Hasn't voted | Hi Vid, this morning the Vajolet page was up for adoption and I grabbed it (still trying to keep ahead of you ;-)). I'm done with the general part - "Climbing Info" and "Accomodation / Camping" still missing. Have to look up on both.... You're welcome to add any tiny bit that you think is neccessary to this page And of course I put the picture that you took from the red mark as signature pic ;-) (btw: that must have been quite a day: trying Kesselkogel, getting up to Gartl and later summit Boè - I'm impressed!) Cheers Gangolf

Hasn't voted | Thanks! I'm still looking for infos on the northern towers. Seem to be very fragile, though Gangolf

Hasn't voted | Thanks Tim, it always helps if the summits are as beautiful as the Vajolet Towers are! But this whole project has been a cooperation from the outset. I just did the typing (and some google searches (found a page with all refuges in bivouacs in the Alps that way). Gabriele Roth, fabrizior and livioz helped out a lot discussing the area with me. Cheers Gangolf

Voted 10/10 | I've loved seeing you take notice of our American peaks, so I shall begin to support your excellent European ones! Great page!

Hasn't voted | Thanks again! It's always interesting to see parts of different countries. I have been to quite some Californian summits but that was 15 years ago and I like to be reminded ..... And there's just so many places one could go to.... By the way: this one was adopted as well - but here I completely rewrote the page - so these four stars are mine :-)) Gangolf

Voted 10/10 | This is an area I would love to climb in, although I'm not quite sure my climbing is up to this standard. It sure looks very airy! Excellent page!

Hasn't voted | Yes, do! It's not only the Vajolet Towers but all the summits on the "Dolomites" Frame to the left. But you better not start looking at these pages - it'll get you longing for the ranges! Working will be impossible from then on ;-) Thanks for the vote!

Hasn't voted | Thanks, Dean! I just answered Scott Patterson: a nice mountain and a fine day are the best groundwork for a good page. And the Vajolet towers are as nice as mountains can get, aren't they. I adopted that page quite a while ago and a lot of Italians helped out (finding info o the web, scanning pages of their guidebooks and so on). We had all been wondering how many of the towers there were - everywhere you would only see three (plus little Piaz) but somehow I had remembered northern ones. And sure enough livioz was able to dig them up in an old guidebook of his. It was a fun time, working on this page!
