Hasn't voted | Rahel, There are literally hundreds of books on the Grand Canyon. I have not used them for hiking, but there are some great ones about the general geology, history, and nature of the Grand Canyon. Down the Great Unknown comes to mind. It is an account of John Wesley's Powell's expedition into and exploration of the canyon in 1869. If you go to Amazon or Barnes and Noble and search for Grand Canyon, you'll get lots of guide books as well. Hope that helps. charles | |
