Great work Vid! I'm so happy that you made Montaz page, I was hoping that you would, it's fantastic mountain. It was also my intention but since I don't have good photos I gave up. Next stop, Vis :-)

My English is not very good. Your pages for my they are of the best inside S.P. and an example for the other members of S.P.. I like your work and I give you my congratulations.

Beautiful page and nicely connected to the "interactive map". Interesting map. Why has this mountain an empty summit log?

Thanks for your vote! Empty log? There are not so many Italians on SP who are active on the very north-east of Italy. And same is true for Austrians and Slovenians. And not everyone posts Summit Logs. neither do I (for past ascents). Should I?

I think summit impressions can be interesting-

From Messner on Hidden Peak: We sat at the apex of endless space. To Warren Harding on El Capitan: I recall that El Cap was in much better shape than I. But obviously not all situations will provoke such thoughts.

Thank you for this page, it's really good. Jof di Montasio it's really an amazing mountain, anytime I can I go to admire it ( the north side is my favourite ). It's not as high as monte cervino or as picturesque as tre cime or vajolet towers but I consider it one of the best of the whole alpine range.

Yes, you're absolutely right. I was so many times around there, but am still waiting for a perfect day to see Montaz from the West, from Dogna side. Thanks for visiting and voting!
