Thanks for the vote. It's a very remote area which makes it great for backpacking, but not so much for peakbagging.

National Forest fee information is not correct. The America the Beautiful Pass is $80 and is not needed on all federal lands. To my knowledge it's not needed at all on the Sierra National Forest.
