Peña Collarada is the popular name for the people of the village of Canfranc (you must say "peña" and not "pico" or "monte" about this peak) but it's no very important (except for the people of this village)

If we plan to clim the Collarada from the south and use the track to park the car there, it is required to ask an authorisation to drive the track to El Mirador at the city town hall of Villanueva. This place is open only from 9:am (in theory) so it's better to ask it the day before, quite early in the afternoon (it closes early too)

I signaled this information in the route Villanua-La Trapa, but I think it's a good idea to include the info in the main page as well. The name of the city is Villanua not Villanueva (It's difficult for the people not Spanish).
Thanks you.
