I don't mind if you use my photo, but I do think you have a photo that depicts the mountain well enough for a sig photo. In my photo, the bulk of the Arapaho's kind of overshadows your 12,228-meaning its really hard to locate. Maybe a link to my photo would be a better idea. I think this photo does a better job of showing 12,228's prominence.

The spelling of Arapaho in your "route" is still Arapahoe.

Thanks. I'll work on it when I have the time, and make the necessary improvements.

You have info on red tape for the Fourth of July trailhead on your Arapaho peaks site, can I use your information to add to my site?

2-28-04: Page looks much better. Were you going to add a "Camping" section? Thanks for the updates.

2-26-04: This page is a good start but has a ways to go to be a four-star page. More info and photos are in order. Take a look at some other Colorado peaks for an example. Although the page doesn't have to be of 14er quality, the bar has been raised for Colorado pages over the last year or so.

Overall, good page. I look forward to updates.

You say the elevation is between 12,280 and 12,320. The topo map says 12,2?0. I have heard 12,228 from other climbers when consulting an actual map of the area. I trust the topo map to be more accurate. So it should be under 12,300. It is probably closer to 12,200.

Thanks for the vote! This is not a significant mountain, but very fun to climb!
