As always, thanks for the vote. I think I remember you were once interested in Achonee, well Cherokee is actually an extension of Achonee's long northeast ridge.

I'm still quite interested in Achonee, but can't see a time in the immediate future when I'll be able to get up there. I'm considering going to school at CSM for Mechanical Engineering, so I'll have to see how that works out scholarshipwise. If I do end up going there, I'll be far more likely to hit Achonee somewhat soon. I'll have to make a point to hit Cherokee while I'm there.

Last time I was in the Indian Peaks Wilderness I had to fight through a blizzard in January so I couldn't see most of the peaks. I can't wait to get back there and check out what I missed. Excellent page.

The Indian Peaks are truly special, and this page does them justice. Nice intro, detailed description, nice map and pictures. Thanks for posting it!

Kane - Very nice Job. How is it that you are posting SP held images in a non-thumbnail format? The only way I can get medium size images into a description is by hosting the image on my server space, and coding it into the text. I guess I'll have to experiment a bit.
