Voted 10/10 | Nice page. The essential information is there. Thanks for posting it! You may want to consider the following. If I'm not mistaken, Piz Lat is on the Italian-Swiss border. It may be worth mentioning. Most Italians know these places by their Italian names. For instance, Reschen is Resia, the valley is Val Venosta, and the mountains around it belong to the Alpi Venoste. If you had asked me how to get there from Milano, I would have recommended, without much thinking, to take the turnpike to Bolzano (A4 and then A22), and then get on S38. You send them through Switzerland. It should be shorter, and it is more scenic, but doesn't it take longer? What about going through the Stelvio Pass? | |

Voted 8/10 | Nice page, but please let allow some comments: Piz Lat is also known as Piz Lad. It is not part of the Oetztal Alps, these are confined by the Reschenpass use Reschenpass instead of Rechia Pass In winter you don´t need crampons or ice axes to climb this mountain (in case you take the normal route), the mountain is quite popular for tour skiing. | |

Voted 10/10 | Nice page! Piz Lad (Piz Lat) belongs to the group, which is often referred as: Sesvena Group. Its coordinates are: +46.8489, +10.4721. OK, the route is described in the link, but if you climbed it, would be nice to add route(s) overview on your page too. Cheers! | |

Posting a summit page is for me a committment that you're willing to maintain it, and not that you wil do the ultimate product on the first shot. | |

Voted 10/10 | Thank you for submitting this nice page. I like the way you write and the “spirit” of your text. Good links! Of course you cannot be so familiar to this area. What comes across my mind: •South Tyrol has two official languages, so most names have a German and an Italian version. Though it is not nice to read fluently, it is best to use both names as often as possible •Not exactly at the summit, but about 1 km north of it at P. 2179 m is a point called “Dreilaenderecke” (= corner of three countries). This is the spot where Italy, Austria and Switzerland meet. The summit itself is on the border between Italy and Switzerland (already mentioned) •Reschen / Resia is not a town, only a village (South Tyrol only has 7 towns!) •You seem to have luck there with the weather. Reschenpass / Passo Resia is often a turning point for good weather when it rains in the north in Austria. But is not rare that the last ugly clouds still cover Piz Lad while sun starts only some km south. •A winter ascent is possible with ski if avalanche condition are reasonable •Sesvenna Group instead of Oetztal Alps, already mentioned | |
