Hi, I've added some photos to the Gothic Peak page, including a signature shot from a friend. Would you mind taking a look and upgrading your zero-star vote? Cheers, Scott

One of my favorite scrambles. The page needs pics, so I added a couple of my own. Unfortunately, I don't have one of the mountain itself. Nice effort!

Thanks for the photos. I've added your shot of Foggy Lake to the camping section. I'm getting a couple good pix of the mountain and summit block from a friend shortly...

Hey a friend finally added a signature photo. Maybe it's worth a fourth star? Or maybe I'll have to go get some more pix this summer!? Cheers,

Scott

Good start. In the "Getting There" Section, you may just want to put directions from the nearest metro area of highway. Then create a route page to explain the actual hike itself.

The route page would indicate if the climb is class 2, 3, or 4 (semi-technical) It would give approximate round trip mileage of the trail, and elevation gain, which I guess is about 3,700 feet.

Good start.

The climbing route description could be a little more detailed - perhaps on a separate page (under routes) where a rating could be shown (4th class?) etc...

Also, books should be added. Beckey lists it as does Jeff Smoots Climbing WA Mountains book (mentioned under Del Campo as a side trip).

Lastly, a signature photo preferably showing the mountain would be nice.

Let me know if you make any changes and I'll change my vote.

Vote updated March 28, 2005. Looks good.

Nicely done. Adding a signature photo at top always looks good. Also, there's a typo in the 2nd paragraph of the Getting There section: 'scamble'

Thanks for the 4star and for catching the typo. The typo if fixed and a signature photo was added. Cheers, scott
