It might be a little early to vote but I see that this is going to be one of your excellent pages. I'm intrigued by your effort to get the mountain named Mt Pratt. Do you have to register this proposal somewhere to get it done? If so it's probably going to be a quite buraucratic procedure, isn't it? Anyway - as requested - I wish you luck with this task.

Great page. What? No Mt. Attm? That'd be a great name and I'd love to hear how people try to pronounce it.

This page will be a good testimonial in your favour for the geographical board. I have never got their search engine to work for me but then that's Washington.

Looks like Mount Livermoner pokes 3 peaks above 8000 feet

Baldy 8378, Livermore 8206(must look more prominent from an advantageous viewpoint) and an unnamed elevation SW of these two.

Actually Baldy is part of Mt. Livermore. It's strange the way they named this on the U.S.G.S. Then entire mountain is Mt. Livermore while the very top is called "Baldy". I was able to find out by emailing the Nature Conservance. The other pt. you are referring to is probably just a small pt. not worthy enough to be a peak.

Thanks for the vote. I might be back to the Wichitas next weekend. That is if I can shake this cold. I still have it.

Thanks for the compliments and the vote. I'll have to get down to Big Bend before I submit another Texas mountain. I'm done with the Guadalupes.

I would like to go next weekend, but we plan to do some landscaping. Maybe the weekend after that....

Excellent page, the images take forever to load up on my dial-up....

Yea, dial up sucks. I think most of the Rockies pages are containing more and more big pictures for us DSL and cable modem users. Sorry about that. Thanks for the vote!
