Thanks. I hope to continue adding to it after my son's gymnastics class tomorrow night.

Dear Eric: concerning your note, take it easy, I think everybody will wait patiently for further update on the page.

Thanks. It's done now, with 45 photos and a route description. Some of the photos don't tell much for prospective climbers, but they'll add to Derek's pending Trip Report.

Good work and you beat Paul (the klenkinator) in putting up this peak. You probably have Radek (rpc) drooling all over the place.

Great page on a cool mountain, I've always wanted to include this on one of my visits to the N Cascades area.

Interesting page, but isn't it possible to climb it from the Shuskan summit as a side trip?

Forgive me for taking over two years to replay to this, but a traverse from Shuksan would be far too difficult and dangerous for
the likes of me, anyway. The ridge is a knife-edge, vertical or
nearly so on both sides, liberally populated with gendarmes and
notches. The rock is loose thoughout the Shuksan massif, including
NT, and I imagine NT is bigger and thicker than the rest of the ridge
because the rest of the ridge is even weaker.

And Nooksack Tower's connection to the ridge is broken by a deep,
steep notch. This photo from duseks and this one from Norman illustrate the problems better than any of mine.
I'll admit the world is full of climbers better than Larry, Derek &
I ever were; maybe someone's done that traverse. The route we did
was perhaps the most dangerous of our careers. A traverse would be
several lavels beyond that. If you do it, bring back pictures!

I see that almost two out of three dozen picts have been posted and so feel free to congratulate you on another outstanding page. It already deserves four stars for the fact that Dean invoked the Klenkinator, hehe..

Thanks. I used to carry my little camera everywhere I climbed. It's nice to show off some pics to appreciative climbers. SummitPost has an unbelievably positive atmosphere.
