Voted 10/10 | All you need to know for the first one is the first word, which is in response to your question the post before.

Voted 10/10 | Nein, nicht vertrautheit mit der gebiet. Verzeihung. This must be one of the older dialects, around 1560. Definitely not Bonn. Paul seems to be into linguistic history (historic lingua?) these days.

Voted 10/10 | I was looking for the Deutsch for 'area' hence gebiet. I must not have got it right. Although, I checked here and it seems to be okay. The trouble with German is they seem to have words that mean umpteen different things. Kind of like English. :-O

Voted 10/10 | I certainly would give a hoot about this page too. Fun fun fun, that is what this one is. Nice and when it gets finished, it will probably be worth 5 stars.

Voted 10/10 | Nice page. Did you happen to do Elephant Butte when you were there?

Hasn't voted | Thanks Scott! No, our stay was very limited (1.5 days) and further reduced by poor weather on Saturday morning. So where is this Butte?

Voted 10/10 | Elephant Butte is the highest point in the Windows Section near Owl Rock. I ask if you did it because we just tried it a few weeks ago. It is only 5.4 when dry, but since it faces north, it was too icy for us to make it. I was curious if you tried it.

Hasn't voted | Interesting. Have not even heard of this one till you told me Scott. Sounds like it could be a nice one to bag given the setting it's in - good views of those Window arches? Looking forward to you posting it in the near future (the newly created "Arches Nat'l Park" sidebar could use more entries).

Voted 10/10 | I have thought of adding that one and other towers (such as the Balanced Rock Tower in Canyonlands National Park-the most difficult climb I have done), but since its not a mountain, some have complained about adding me such submissions, so I think I'll skip it. I would be happy to share any info with you though, if you want to email me.

Hasn't voted | Scott, if you climbed it, think you should add it. but since its not a mountain, some have complained about adding me such submissions, so I think I'll skip it Not to be rude to these folks, but frankly who gives a rat's! These towers are more of a climbing objective than some other stuff on SP! Anyway, your call but I for one (of course) would love to see more of these added. radek

Voted 10/10 | Thanks. I may add it sometime in the future, but will wait at least until we summit, if I do ever add it. I added the Fisher Towers and will add some more tech routes to the page (I haven't climbed the higher towers, so it will be smaller, but fairly challenging climbs). Since I did them with a guidebook author, I have promised not to put them on a website until after the book comes out, but I'll never do something like the Titan. Others can do those ones, and add the routes to the page. Too difficult for me. This weekend I'm headed out to Dinosaur to look for some desert towers. I'll be alone, so will only be doing class 4 or less stuff. (Looking for routes up East Split Mountain and Blue Mountain). Have a good weekend!
