What hgrapid said. Great start, but it needs a bit more descriptive text in both the overview (why should we care?) and the getting there section (how do we get there?). Nice photos and definitely an obscure mountain.

Welcome to SP!

[edit: good stuff. Upping my vote]

I've added more info to the overview and getting there sections. I've also added two routes and more photos.

Jon, your 4 star vote makes ME look like an ass for the two star. Hey, Am I missing something here? Is Coon Hill worthy of such skimpy text? if so, then I'll change my vote to 4 stars and make sure i never visit the mountain. BTW-I'm being light hearted here, just thought I would get your opinion.

Kane,

I doubt you are missing much. I saw merely that it was a new page and thus I assumed it was under construction. I saw the previous three star votes and decided to throw the man a bone. I want to encourage posters. We will see if it develops into something worthwhile.

When did the parking restriction take effect?

I agree with most of the comments of others here. It is a pretty big mountain and the page should be beefed up with some more detailed information. As a start however it is ok. Let me know when you make additions and I will upgrade my vote.

Edit 14 April 2005: It slowly is getting better, so an extra star for encouragement.

Edit 11 may 2005: By now its getting a complete page.

Much improved. I still fervently disagree with your "aware of only a few other summitters" comment, even though you've added the qualifier 'during the spring'.

A route page would make my vote 4 stars.

Thanks for your work. This page has improved a lot!
