Very colorful and good route. You might want to resubmit the coordinates

37.2543N, 112.9665W for the topozone.

Great page with beautiful photos but might I recommend you change the name of your route? Maybe something a little more specific like east ridge, west tower, etc...

I'm glad you put this page up. I have been wanting to climb Lady Mountain ever since my first trip to Zion. I always wondered how technical the climbing was but it looks like your group didn't even need a rope. It looks like a fun climb too.

Thanks gazelle. I solo up to and including 5.7, but I should have had a rope for these young adults. I had little if any beta on Lady as the Park really does not want anyone going up from what I can comprehend.

You live in a beautiful place. We are building a winter place that borders Snow Canyon in St George. I will be able to walk to Island in the Sky for an afternoon sport climb. I look forward to the different lifestyle. The winter backcountry skiing and climbing have taken there toll over the years. Cheers!

Very nice description of the history of this rock but is there no evidence worthy of pictures of the old removed ladder and chain route? Again, very well done page!

garchov, I don't recall much evidence left of these old aids. I know they removed them all due to liability. I can't blame them. We needed no aid to complete the route, but not for the novice either. Thanks for your support!

Thanks Dean. I do too. I am there now. Been climbing every day. Did a first solo ascent yesterday of Ferns Nipple using a canyon the parks thought impassable. Spent last night showing rangers the route. Weather of course is perfect. Cheers.
