Bill Hayley and the Comets. See, it pays to be as old as I am.

OK, Paul, what is the big prize for naming that group? Yikes, you are kidding, a new mountain bike. Thank you, thank you velly mush.

You don't want my bike. I got a flat on it coming off of Lemei Rock last Sunday. Fortunately it was a slow leak that didn't effect me until later when I pulled the bike back out of the back of the car to ride up another peak (had to walk up the Larch Mountain south of Silver Star instead). 30 minutes.

Great page with good photos. Looks like you had a wonderful experience. I have been wanting to get out there for years. Looks like I should do it sooner than later.

Nice climber's page. Is there a way to the top without a rope?

Thanks for the vote. I believe that you can scramble up the backside, but there is some bushwacking involved.
