Voted 10/10 | Good page, interesting read. Interesting also to read about the highpoint issue. When preparing a page for a mountain on the Italian Austrian border I read that there had been two measurements for the whole area, an Austrian one and an Italian slightly differing in their results. Both measurements were taken in the early 19th century but still today Italian and Austrian maps show these discrepancies. You might think with both countries in the EU they might be able to resolve these issues... | |
