hey keema, nice page and photos.

im personally glad to see it added since i was in a bad accident there just 3 weeks ago below the sw summit. i pulled off a loose rock while climbing alone which clobbered my arms and hands as i fell some 20' along with it - it was a long walk out of there! when i get out of dual arm casts (and can type again) i'll add a trip report, complete with gory photos. until then, cheers - jeff

OUCH Jeff. I was definitely at my comfort limit and took it very slowly, carefully testing every hand and foot placement along the southwest ridge as I too was alone. I hope you heal quickly and look forward to the report. Thanks for the vote.

Nice mountain. What is the difficulty rating of the ridge between the two summits? It looks like a fun climb from your photos.

Thanks for the vote and comment. The ridge is class 3 - 4. There is quite a bit of exposure on the north side.

Thanks Keema, but I messed up on day 3 and never made it to Pilot Knob. But 9/10 ain't bad either. :-) The worst part is now I have to go hike that peak by myself sometime...

Thanks Dean. I see you've been pretty busy this summer.
