You should change your name from SVMK to the Idaho Kid. You definitely are doing a lot of great work in your state. I just got back over there this week to do Borah Peak and am really enjoying the Idaho outdoors that you are putting on the map. Hyndman one week, Borah the next, it just doesn't get any better than that.

I like it, I wonder how many times I can change my name before people get angry...cause I wont be a kid toooo much longer lol. Sean PS I've had many people tell me COR on Borah wouldn't even phase me and others say I should take ropes. I'm planning on soloing it soon and was wondering what your opinion is of the notorious route.

	Voted 10/10	You remember Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid? Well, it never mattered how old Sundance got, he was always the Kid. Age is only a factor if you let it become so. That was the gist of my Borah TR in a way. That 56 year old woman who'd never done anything like Borah before only hesitated briefly before doing both ends of the crux moves on COR. For you, I'd think a little common sense will easily carry the day. It isn't hard, just make sure you have three point contact on the one sketchy part as the holds are all good and the downclimb on the upper end of COR is easy. I wouldn't take a rope or anything else at this time of the year. If there is snow on that route, of course that changes everything. I don't think you will have any problems a all. Just be smart about that section. As I always say, the most dangerous part of the mountain is the drive to and from. Be safe and have fun.
