Spaketacular peak. Too bad I am such an idiot and live in Texas. You guys do need to fix the "Red Tape" section. You are leaving out the White River National Forest information and link unless you did that on purpose. See the "Red Tape" section on any of my Gore Range peaks.

Did you do this as a day trip?

Impressive work! A lot of effort has gone into this effort, and it shows! The Gores are indeed one of the greatest ranges in Colorado....

Yep, i have to put the Gores right at number two for me. I havn't spent enough time what-so-ever down in Aarons stopping grounds but I'm OK with making the San Juans a tie for first with the Elks and West Elks. Stay tuned, I'm saving my best Gore peaks for last.

Georgeous Peak? Gorgeaous Page you wanted to say! You forgot to attach it to the Gore Range Group, however (if that's the same Gore Range).

Amazing post on some amazing peaks in a really phenomenal range.

The more I hear about the Gore range, the more I want to see it.

Looks like you had a nice adventure this time. Your pictures capture the beauty of the scenery. A super page as usual--even without TOPO. Thanks for posting!

My customary proofreading report:

seem embrace -> seem to embrace

those that are willing ->those who are willing

Peak's Y & Z Overview -> Peaks Y & Z Overview

lack any maintained trail -> lack of any maintained trail

a quite and lonely place -> a quiet and lonely place

Great page, to think I've spent a cumulative of over a month of time in the Upper Slate Creek area and have never climbed these peaks.
