Voted 10/10 | ***Another quick mention, the google coord. still place it in the sea between China and the Korean Penn. Also the topo coord for topozone place this particular Devils Postpile in Tahoe National Forest-too far north of where it should be. Check your coordinates. Previous post: A nice mountain environment-and there is a summit (sort of) to be gained. Recheck your topo coord. as the current setting places the Postpile off of the East coast of China before the Korean Penn. You might mention the 6 mile trail to Mineret Lake as well. This area is a junction of many trails that climbers use to access backcountry peaks. | |
