I think you may have mistaken Monument Peak with another mountain. As you can see from the pics it is not "strewn with antennas" and there are some class 3-4. I admit they are extremely short but they are not "loose or crappy". David also verifies my claims in his Summit Rocks route. Please revise your summit log.

clearly I'm clueless. You're right that I'm mistaken about the proliferation of antennae, but it is the peak I"ve been up a few times. Bad memory is one of those things that plague you when you get old. :-)

What I'm remembering is a particularly tall installation lower down, just northwest of the summit that one goes by on the way up.
