Hasn't voted | Maybe you are right and use Slovakian names could be better to provide an order but for me High Tatras are not Polish or Slovakian- They could belong equally to Hungarians and Germans from The Spisz who created together history of that mountains(Jordan,Dechy, Martin,Hunsdorfer and many others) , which are only situated on theritories of Slovakia and Poland now. I am Pole and I'm using Polish names. Long list of polish conqerors and people who are interested in High Tatras allow me to use polish names. (Janusz Chmielowski and Karol Englisch reached one third of all summmits as first climbers for instance). I hope to live in times when we will able to climb Ganek,Rumanowy Gerlach or Wysoka directly from Roztoka Valley following steps of Birkemajer,Kupczyk,Wojsznis, Stanislawski,Swierz, Gronski, Zulawski and others our Ancestors. My dream is a Polish shelter in Biala Woda Valley.
