Hasn't voted | The gate at Guffy remains closed and will probably stay that way. This adds a little over two miles of easy walking to the trailhead. Good oppertunity to loosen up before the asscent. | |

Hasn't voted | November 6, 2005: Guffy gate has been opened and according to the Grassy Hollow Ranger Station will remain so untill snowfall levels deem it as unsafe for vehicles. In the cast of light/ no snow conditions, the gate will remain open untill high fire season which was said to be May/ June. | |
