From the Col above Wing Lake, follow the path up the ridgeline for a bit, and then drop left into the wide gulley just west of the ridge. When/If gulley appears branch, keep to right nearest the original ridgeline. The true summit is never visible from the route. Pass thru the remarkable stonework of the ‘Inca Notch’ and finally reach the ‘Rocky Meadow’, a very large flat area just beneath the actual False Summit. From there, traverse to right for a long distance. Don’t stop your traverse until you come to the wide ‘obviously 3rd class’ gulley which angles up and to the left. This will take you to the summit block, and one 4th class move.
