By moving right, one can avoid the most difficult climbing. We did this climb in very wet/snowy conditions and managed to avoid anything approaching 5th class.
This is a private road and your car could be towed. We parked on the public road and walked up just to be safe. Recomend parking at the ski area lot and walking down to save walking a mile back after the climb (from Cave Ridge trail).
