Voted 10/10 | Although Hwy 2 may be closed at Big Pine on the east side temporarily following storms, the road is generally closed for the winter and most of the spring at Vincent Gap. This is several miles farther west and provides access to Baden Powell. Baden Powell would otherwise be nearly inaccessible during these months. | |

Hasn't voted | Last I heard there were about 15 million people in the greater LA area (includes Orange County and the Inland EMpire). I think that's more than NYC. | |
