Maxl, the right aligned picture is a bit out of place at the bottom - it flows over into the image section. Maybe you shoul put it on section further up.

Ferine Point was named after Jacques "Ferine" Batkin (indeed a Frenchman) who died near this point during an attempt at the first winter ascent of Mount McKinley in 1967. You can read about the incident in Art Davidson's Minus 148.

Wrong spelling. Farine is a type of flour used in France, for which Batkin was named.
