
Hasn't voted | "Alm" in German supposedly means same thing as "fjälläng" = mountain meadow,
or "fäbodsvall", which is a far away alpine meadow where the lifestock is driven up to, to graze in the mountains in summer. Usually a girl moved up with them and stayed there alone all summer on the pasture. The name is made out of "fä" which is cattle, and "bod", which is an small house, usually for storing things in.
