I was guessing which peak you're gonna post. Eh, you found a minor one, but you described it well :-)
And it's a good advice - thousands are on Mangart saddle, not going on top of Mangart. They could visit at least Mali vrh.

The Balkan Range is a Range of its own(also in Bulgaria if I´m not mistaken), this here is in the Julians.
But somehow I guess every mountain is related.
