The box was still on top last december. Good thing I didn't go check it out. Could have been a mess!

Trail is hard to find from the west but it is there. It is easy to get lost in the old clear cuts on the west slope. Make sure you have a decent topo for that approach.

When we saw the top of the tower lying on the ground, we checked out the remaining structure pretty carefully before climbing. If you're up to it, it would be great if you want to add a route to the Snow Mountain page. Did you come up from Big Island Pond? Just adding some driving directions to get in there would be helpful.
