Hasn't voted | There were plenty of deer track and marmot scat up there, so I'm sure the mountain lions hunt there on occassion. They are pretty illusive though and are likely to see and hear you long before you see them. If you do spot one, count yourself lucky! | |

Hasn't voted | Your pics appear, according to all of my image & map research, to be point 8,886, which is southeast of the actual Wildcat Point as noted on all topographic maps that I can find. Are the maps incorrect? I've never been in this region, so what do I know except what satellite photos and maps show. | |

Hasn't voted | Hey there, Finally found out that this dome has been called Pluto Dome by climbers for some time. Look it up on mountianproject.com for more info and a few topos. Cheers. | |

Hasn't voted | Thanks. I see the references to it now on several other climbing sites, though none of the topo maps that I've seen have it listed as anything other than Peak 8886. I updated the page since the name seems to be prevalent. | |
