I think this page is just awesome. The info and photos alone make it a very good page, but your writing, which conveys your deep love for the area, makes it a great page. Your thoughts on wilderness seem to mirror my own in many ways, and I just thank you for making this page. My only complaint is that it is now complicating my plans for next summer; I had planned on doing some climbing in some remote areas around Yellowstone, but now I am burning to get out to Clark and Capitol, and I won't have time to do them all!

Nice mountain.

Anyway, if you are interested in attaching another photo of Clark Peak from another angle, see the one below that Mark Thomas took:

Clark Peak

Unfortunately, I forgot my camera on that trip.

Nice page, and boy, do those pictures bring back memories from when Aaron, Mark, and I climbed Capitol! I too have always thought Pierre Lakes Basin one of the most amazing places in Colorado (not to mention just a bit intimidating)!

EXCELLENT idea, to post your screen resolution on the page--something which I think I'll begin incorporating in my own stuff, and which suggestion maybe should make its way to somewhere on the FAQ page.

Very, very nice page!

Thanks for posting this page, Kane!

A couple of typos for you:

"Before you stretch’s the largest of four crystal clear lakes." --> missing words?

"... single-track trail will fade fast. Leaving you with a dreadful, navigational undertaking." --> "...fade fast, leaving you with..."
