Hasn't voted | Yeah, I love tortoises, they will close Black Rocks down March 15th for the tortoise season, but well worth it. Building a home down there and we are required to put a "turtle" fence on our retaining wall or they fall over upside down and perish. How many people do you know build a "turtle fence" in their backyard! Thanks Charles. | |
