Voted 10/10 | The latest (Dec 12/2009) regs say camping is not allowed on "Racetrack Road (from Teakettle Junction to Homestake Dry Camp)." I presume that means that camping is allowed between the end of the 2-miles restriction for the crater, and Teakettle Junction. | |

Hasn't voted | Camping isn't allowed from the Crater to Teakettle Junction. People still do camp along the road between the Crater and Teakettle Junction once it's dark because they don't usually have a big enough ranger staff to patrol the roads at night.
