It's great to see some tech. route beta posted for this area. I used to have a nice guidebook that had beta on several lines in that cirque. Can't remember the title, and I don't have it anymore.

Anyway, how about some pics?

By the way, you mean Jeff Davis Peak, not Mt. Jackson.

You need more detail and focus on this page

Actually, I don't own a camera. Really, I think route information should be limited to what is necessary for climbing it. More than that spoils the fun. 'Details and focus' are for internet mountaineers. So unless maps or pictures are necessary for a route, or I have some really great picture that is worth aesthetic appreciation, I will not post them. You are right, I was on Mt. Jackson in Glacier a week ago, and got them confused, I will edit that.

Okay, I think I have corrected my lame attempt at this route page. If anyone else climbs this route and has pictures and a nice narrative or whatever, let me know and you can take over the page. I really just wanted to warn about rockfall and the need for helmets in this couloir. I am getting educated by the number of rockfall incidents I and people close to me have had just in the last 3 months. Wear helmets!
