Voted 10/10 | Do you know if asbestos was ever mined there? The most common type of asbestos is "chrysotile". Either way, it looks like a beautiful mountain. I've fallen in love with that ridgeline! | |

Hasn't voted | I don't know, the only good site I found on the internet about the Mary Murphy Mine can be reached by the link at the bottom of Chrysolite Mountain Page. I loved the ridgeline too. On my way back, I wanted to sit there and enjoy the little "Christmas Trees" but I was already hearing thunder and seeing black clouds coming. | |
