1000PksMore Peaks

Commenting on this page, I'd have hoped for some mention of Needle Rock, and Incandescent Rocks, which both are in the north part of this range. The GBG of the Sierra Club used to lead many hikes to these areas, and many nice images are viewed on their website. Pond Peak (8,035') is a good hike, and the third highest peak of the Pah-Rah Range (a subset of the Virginia Range, I think). This needs a good map showing public and private land. You might borrow a scan from the NV BLM map, which shows all this well.

I wouldn't mind some info on camping and cheaper lodging ops to be had about Reno.
