I like - high five! :)
added this to the Oregon Pinnacles page (and finally updated that page with the Staender summit routes/formations from your peakbagging outing couple years back).

Glad you had fun - I recall a fixed pin and a summit register. Are they still there? And if you ever want to climb it again, the East Ridge is another old route up.

There was a fixed pin in the notch a couple feet below the summit. Was nice to see. Don't recall a summit register, where was it located?

How is the rock on the east ridge? Blocky and loose too? What kind of rating would you give it?

Thanks for checking this out,
Brian

The summit register was a metal box - either an ammo box or a nicer one like the ones found on Cascade peaks. It was up near the top.

The rock on the east ridge is also loose and blocky. Nick Dodge's 1975 guidebook rated it 5.5 - a partner and I contrived to make it 5.6 at the bottom. Kinda rotten in the middle.

Thanks for the info, might be worth checking out sometime. Feel free to add a route page to the main page if you are so inclined.

Thanks,
Brian
