wunderful page and nice pictures (though I admit that I don't ike this mourning border around them)
It's difficult to translate correctly and keep the rhythm. My version:
"High up there on Sadnig, / where a chamois stands, / up there on Makernig / where an eagle circles / and on the horizon, on Rote Wand / and on Sandfeldkopf / yes, there I had indeed / a wonderful stay."

Thank you, Mathias :)

I was close with the translation, but I shall of course replace my text with yours.

Regarding the mourning border around pictures, I agree to a certain degree with you, but will probably stay with it. I'm using the same pictures also elsewhere, where the application itself is not having any frame. So, I don't need to prepare them twice. I still think that some kind of a frame is useful, because it directs the view to the content. All the rest is a matter of tastes.

Cheers!
